They talked down to my wife, changed information that is going to cost us money, lost records that we can prove we sent (more than once), and got incredibly disrespectful. I am contacting the news media to see if they do stories on irresponsible and rude companies.

This place employs the rudest people. Diane at the front desk is terrible. And their prices are double other places which definitely means customer service should be good.
RecommendedWe have been with Dr. J for several years and this past Friday he was there for us above and beyond his call of duty. We had to put our beloved dog Ronin to rest and Dr. J was there for us in our time of need. His compassion, empathy and expertise made a terrible situation a little more bearable. Thank you Dr. J and staff, we love you guys and my fur babies love you too.
