RecommendedI just love this place. Everyone is always so nice and really takes the time to care for the animals!
These people are uncaring and incapable of taking care of animals. Nicole and the staff have left my deceased fur baby in the freezer for over a week, nobody from there office called like they were supposed to and have her picked up for cremation. I am beyond sad about this!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!! And to top it off, they won’t even pay for there mistake and reimburse us. This is all to much for me, my poor girl.
Wife and I had to have our dog euthanized and no compassion,no caring from Dr.Reid. Baby was a patient since 2015 for yearly checkups,he snapped at us has this dog been here before? Animal Health Center is our veterinary clinic, and Dr. Reid is our forever vet. Dr. Reid and his awesome staff are friendly and compassionate to us and our fur babies. When we take our pets for vaccinations, Dr. Reid checks them over before proceeding. He is very gentile with our pets, and we can tell he truly cares for them.
I want to thank the staff and Dr. Reid for everything they did to help bring my dog back to me. My dog had an overdose that could kill two full-size human beings and this group of wonderful people did everything they could for him for three full days while he was in a coma. He's still here with us today and 100% himself and I owe it all to them!
Quite a number of years ago we took our lab and lab mix here. He successfully treated nikki for heartworm, took great care of bear and everyone was very kind and understanding when we brought nikki in for the final time. Took Lucy in for the first time and the good doctor is still fabulous as well as his crew. Highly recommended
Animal Health Center was very kind, caring, and thorough with our two pups. Highly recommend!
