Not once, but twice with the same animal that was dying, they did not give her the care she needed that should have been provided from a vet. I’ve also never been so disappointed in bedside manner. The doctor scoffed and rolled his eyes at me when I said I had to hold my animal while she gave her the shots to be put down. The staff is wonderful! They are not rude, or disrespectful. They are not mean to the critters that come in. I take both my dogs and my four kittens here. Ermine, white kitten, lost half his weight in a week. I called Reid and his crew told me what to do, if by that time next week he hadn't improved, to bring him in. I was expecting a vet bill well out of my limits. Naw. they have the most reasonable prices. They don't do unnecessary tests like other vets to make you pay more. I drive 123 miles one way! This guy neglected my dog!! My dog started getting sick on Sunday Sep 27th and I call and explain her symptoms throwing up with some blood and kinda lethargic and blood in her stool and can't get in until Tues not knowing until that day you can just come in as a walk in. Well I went in Tuesday for a thinking I get a parvo test cause that's what I asked for I told everyone. Everyone in his office knew what she needed. This guy neglected my dog!! My dog started getting sick on Sunday Sep 27th and I call around nothing until Tuesday. Well I went in Tuesday for a parvo test I told everyone even called a few different vets to get her seen! Everyone in his office knew what she needed. Excellent team! Love them!
We took my daughters 14 year old yorkie here because our vet was out of town. We were referred to this clinic, she had to be put down,He was extremely cold and callus, it was a horrible time and this vet has ZERO compassion, awful awful awful. Her dog also had cancer and we had been treating her to keep her comfortable. He made us feel as if we were horrible pet owners and was just god awful. Our dog Marcy had to be seen last minute because of some scary symptoms and had to have emergency surgery this morning. They got us in right away and figured out what was wrong with her quickly. The vet and staff are all so sweet. The Veterinarian has called twice tonight to update me on how shes doing which I appreciate because we just had one of our other fur babies pass away a week ago so the timing of this has been rough and we were so worried.
