They were wonderful and the nurse who took care of us was amazing .Her name was Jen and she took care of my Osito like he was her own! Luckily we were there only 2 and a 1/2 hours and sent home with antibiotics and a bandage for his infected paw.
Excellent staff and procedure. They took great care of my dog Mikey. they let us know all of our options and unfortunately the option was that he was dying. The walked us through what was going to happen and it went smoothly. We had Mikey cremated and I just went and picked up his remains. His ashes came in a nice wood box with a name plate and a great clay paw print with his name. There follow through was excellent. I would recommend people to come here.
Our cat became very ill over the holiday weekend and unfortunately we ended up losing him. The team at AES was there for us in the middle of the night and so helpful and compassionate with the euthanization. Dr. Ferrick was wonderful...so kind and understanding through such a difficult time. He said all the right things making those last moments precious for us. Thank you AES.
We have a bullie that was having trouble breathing on Labor day, rushed her in. She had phenomenon. Drs and staff took great care of our girl..

He stopped after we got there (and before the exam), but noted that such a hairballcould cause this. It was especially worrying after another friend up the road lost her own cat to a fast-moving and stealt... read more
Went there at 8pm on a Thursday night with my cat who is vomiting white foam. The nurse that checks vitals was clearly sick or something else that makes you sniffle non stop. Didn't appreciate that. Was asked the same questions numerous times and was then told the Dr would be in, in 10-15 minutes. I waited for over an hour and still no doctor. I took my cat and left.
The absolute best in care can be found here. My terrier needed the PTLO surgery and the care and attention she received was outstanding. She recovered quickly from the surgery and while she isn't jumping on and off the bed anymore she's in great shape. And she's 13 years old.
