From the front desk, to the nurse to the doctor- excellent care. Compassionate. Thorough exam and thorough explanation for my dog's pain that was communicated to me by shivering. No wait and reasonable price for an after hours service and 3 prescriptions.
Dr. Reminga is a dog medical fairy with some real skills and knowledge. Saved my dogs life. Love the staff...super compassionate. Been there a fee times and trust their judgement. When in doubt and need help fast, this is where I go.
Dr. Christin Reminga Thank You. You are amazing. Your honesty was exactly what we needed to make the hardest decision of our lives. Thank you for your candidness and kindness. Selina & Michael (and Miss Lulu)
Went to AES after having post-op complications after hours. They got us back right away, the nursing staff was amazing, taking her back to undo her bandaging and find the source of bleeding. The doctor was more thorough than most doctors I’ve seen. He explained everything along the way and gave us options for treatment. The whole team gave us status updates regularly. I hope we don’t have to use animal emergency again, but if so, will come here hands down.
In this area to visit relatives when all 3 dogs became sick in route. The youngest mini schnauzer was very dehydrated. Started with a phone call on the road and then straight to their office. 24 hour service saved the day over Memorial weekend. The doctor and staff were excellent. Frankie stayed the night and Daisy and Harry were treated and released. We traveled in by camper and this staff calmed our fears and were excellent with our dogs. We are now home back in Illinois and I can't thank these professionals enough!
Everyone at AES were wonderful! Our little yorkie, Moose, was going downhill fast and we didn't know why. January 2018 Moose was lethargic, couldn't keep anything down and his urine was orange. We were referred to AES and immediately they got us in. After Dr. Reminga reviewed all the tests it was determined Moose had necrotizing pancreatitis. At 13 we weren't sure Moose was up to the fight but Dr. Reminga and team never gave up. We are so grateful that Moose is still with us better than ever. You all Rock! Shelly E
Absolutely wonderful place! From the front desk to triage nurse to the Dr...... Very very caring and understanding! Would recommend them for any emergency needs you have with your pet. As a side note too....the cost was actually less than an “emergency visit” to my regular vet during their business hours.
