Our cat was in an emergency situation, and they took such good care of her. Ultimately, it was time to say good bye to our little girl, and they were SO kind and respectful to both us and our kitty. Thank you for the care and time you all took.
Dr. McKiernan and the AES team took excellent care of Boomer, our 4 year old yellow lab. He had two ACL surgeries on his back legs 6 months ago, and now he’s running and swimming like his old self! The team were knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive. Boomer loved the staff and was eager to follow them into the clinic. We are very grateful to them for restoring Boomer to full strength and speed.
Everyone was so compassionate. Dr McKiernon is so knowledgeable and she spent so much time with us explaining all that she found and what our options are for Gus. She had a plan and is ready to guide him and us through what is going to a long road. But she also gave us hope that we do have a fighting chance.
We had a major scare with our French Bulldog and they took amazing care of him! We were kept well informed and that helped since we weren’t able to go in due to Covid-19. I truly think they saved his life and we are beyond grateful.
We received this in the mail today from the Animal Emergency & Specialty Vet that treated Link on the day we lost him. We had never been here before, and only met 3 of the staff - but the love they have for animals shows. I was extremely moved and touched by their thoughtfulness.
Our little Loki had a luxating patella (knee cap slipped out of the groove), he had his corrective surgery the beginning of January and is now ALMOST to his twelve week post op benchmark! They have been so knowledgeable, caring, loving and sensitive through the whole process. We 100% made the right choice to do the surgery and 100% made the right choice to have Dr. Kelci McKeirnan do his surgery. He’s like a new dog! He’s no longer in any pain. He loves going on long walks. Loves playing and snuggling all the time...he espec... read more
Our Oliver was seen at AES after eating a grape. He is very skittish at vets and wears a muzzle, but the front desk staff and nurses took the time to make friends with Oliver and make him comfortable. Dr. Minamoto laid out three clear treatment options, pricing, pros and cons, and made sure I was fully informed of what the concerns were and why. We came back every night over 4 days for blood tests, and the friendly consistency left Oliver tugging at the leash to get inside to see his new friends. One nurse, I believe Sarah, ... read more
Our dog mysteriously got a gash across her chest and AES stiched up our baby. Thanks.
