Communication was terrible.Many new staff and poor triage. It was very busy but staff did not collaborate well or seem to know protocol. Check out was a nightmare, took an hour and had 4 different staff who kept wandering off without explanation. Vet care was good
The staff is incredibly compassionate.
They handled our panic on a weekend with confidence and empathy. Our cat needed to be admitted and each shift we got updates and photos of our girl. We knew it would be expensive but they were so wonderful and communicative and even the week after checked on us and answered our questions. It was so nice to go there and have this experience; the last time we were there we were putting down our dog, which was as comfortable and empathetic as it could be as well. The vets and staff are so nice and helpful, if they took regular appointments I would totally use them as a regular office. I am glad to have this place nearby if disaster strikes with your pet. They also submit insurance claims directly to Trupanion which is super convenient.
