A reminder. I brought my sweet Rottweiler to this place. They did some test and gave him some fluids. After being 800 dollars in, I opted to take him home even though they wanted to admit him. I was told upon check out that he had been given a very potent anti nausea drug so if he threw up again, that would be concerning. Shortly after we got home he threw up. Worst place ever, my dog was sick, I called 3 times and was told unless he was dying they could not get him in. How horrible. And my dog died. No compassion at all. And the prices are insane. Hate this place. And this is the only place to take an animal, when you think it is an emergency. So we have no where else to go. Not good at all.

Great communication before, during and after appointments. Every staff member we interacted with today made us feel welcome and instilled confidence in me and my extremely anxious little dog. If we didn’t live more than an hour away, I’d consider making AERC our regular vet. We’ll be back for any specialty care the dogs may need.
I think that the clinic did a good job with my dog. I especially liked the person who answered the phone and helped me decide to come in. I also really liked the vet. She called and took the time to explain everything to me. Everyone we talked to seemed to care about us and our dog. The vet took her time and figured out what was wrong with our dog. At first it seemed like his stomach and she figured out that it was his back. She did not jump to conclusions. She was through and professional.
I ended up here twice this past weekend! what a horrible experience! my dog was sent home twice with no diagnosis...spent teo full nights there!!!! 400 and some dollars later...no relief. I agree the staff are nice, but it my vet 5 minutes this morning to diagnose my dog! what a scam! my vet said it was very evident what was wrong with my sweet dog. yet three different docs told me nothing seemed wrong! so very disappointed! never ever ever again!
They have a great, compassionate staff. Great with communication about your pets health and care.
