We’ve been here before and always been great. This past visit we decided to got to a different (new and shiny) hospital in the area. The negative experience brought us back here and as always we had a great experience at the time of uncertainty! Staff was great and Dr. Henry was fantastic!
Came in the evening after my dog swallowed corn cob. The staff addressed and took my dog back immediately provided informed consent of treatment plan upon each time I needed to goninto exam room. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the drinks and snacks along with the materials. My dog was treated with great care and he was able to rid himself of the unfortunate corn he ate. Brought my 15 year old chiweenie in and the wait was very long, but Clara at the front reception was so professional and nice, I didn’t mind the wait. Thank you Clara.
They took amazing care of my dog when we were blindsided with a major medical emergency. The staff was so helpful and so supportive for a nightmare situation it couldn’t have gone any better. Communication was top notch from every member of the staff.
Didn’t tell us they were at full capacity and we CALLED AHEAD. Dog got into chocolate and might die now because of their lack of knowledge on their own capacity.
