They literally ripped me off! My cat -5 years old-suddenly was blocked and could not pee -urinary obstruction-. I took my cat to this place, they sent him home same day with some medication and it didn’t work, $300 dollars paid. I was still trusting these people and took my cat here again...after examination, etc, they said that It could be fixed with a “treatment” that, at the end, it never worked. It cost me $3400 dollars! They were phenomenal. They made me feel at ease and their professionalism was above and beyond the highest standards.
I’m familiar with this practice, having to use them for others animals, in the past. Always professional, and polite. This Thanksgiving Eve, it was for my 12 year old best friend. I came home from work, to find him in destress. Leesburg was 30 minutes further, but very well worth the Drive.
