This place killed my cat, not only that but made her die a slow, painful agonizing death due to overdose/poisoning! We noticed our cat would temporary occasionally have her back legs cramp up so we took her in to check her thyroid, mistakenly thinking she would be in safe hands! My cat was a beautiful, a rare Manx bread btw. We explained the situation and that our cat is delicate, and right away got a dirty look from the unprofessional desk clerk, that should have been our first que to run out of this horrid place! I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and lack of compassion & care. Waited over 4 hours for our Dog to even get evaluated at an Emergency Hospital in which they never did evaluate her, so we ended up just getting her out of there. We were told lie after lie as they said one thing but did nothing. I am in complete shock and would have never expected this experience from a place like this in San Diego, CA.
