I called this clinic tonight to try to bring in a cat I found in the road that was hit by a car. I had no idea if it was a stray or a family pet, but I had a gut feeling that it was the latter. the incredibly rude woman I spoke to yelled at me the entire time we spoke, and immediately before asking any questions about the animal flat out told me that they do not treat strays unless I'm going to take responsibility for the cat and pay them. RecommendedJust wanted to say thank you so much for fixing Eddie's ingrown nails. The staff were extremely nice at this clinic and honored the website coupon even though our printer at home wasn't working. They even offered to shave some of his hair for us at no cost. Will 100% recommend to others
Before you bring a loved one here you should know the truth about this facility. My family brought our English bulldog here for a broken dewclaw (back toenail), Daniel Otero was the vet available and was told NOT to give our dog anesthesia. Without permission he did anyways and killed our dog in two minutes. He has also killed other loved ones and we are hoping for the loss of his medical license. Thank you for your prompt and caring attention you showed my Charlie last night. Your service was very much appreciated along with your compassion. It was quite alarming to come home and find my baby in distress but your staff put me at ease with a quick diagnosis of hives and remedy. He is all better today! Thanks again!

I Can't praise them more! They Saved our Sweet baby girl, ( Our 14 year old Yorkie) a few years ago. They saved her and blessed us with 4 more happy, healthy years with her. We can not thank them enough. My baby girl lived to be 18 years old. Then passed peacefully at home, in my arms, when it was her time. Truly Blessed to have Had such a caring group of people to save our baby girl and give us many more happy years with her. ❤️
Great clinic! Everyone was so nice and quick to help out lab puppy when his nail was broke and the nerve was exposed. They made us feel very comfortable and the procedure was quick!
