Always great care received. Staff is wonderful, attentive, and very personable.

Business response:

Thank you, we all try to not only treat your pet but help you too. We know these pets are like your children and your stress level and fear for your pet is very real. Thank you for your review.

We are here again almost 2 years later, same dog, same issue, different vet but still the same honest diagnosis and conservative approach! It warms my heart to know At a time my fur baby is sick and I’m worried they don’t take advantage of that. Thank you💖

Very thorough and patient as explaining options for possible reason for extremely swollen cat paw. I’ve been here in the past with my other cat and before administering any medication you will get a breakdown of costs so there are no surprises.

Business response:

We always give an estimate with the Veterinarians best care plan, but we can and do try to explain every medication or treatment and ALWAYS the owner can decline anything the doctor has recommended. The tech will explain what is most important if the recommended treatment is not affordable. We only want to help your baby and reassure you of what is happening with him. Thank you for your review.

Now that the dust has settled, Tampa Bay Frenchies would like to thank you for delivering our litter via emergency c-section. You were very caring and comforting to not only our furbaby, but to her humans as well. Thank you!!!

Unprofessional staff they told us that they did services that they did not do!! Nasty condescending woman at the front desk! You go there seeking help in a panicked moment and was told. Our pup did not look good!! Well she needs to not work at a place like that compassion and HUMANITY SHOULD BE A MUST !! Basically the front desk girls needs To be fired both of them !! We called last night with a question she told is a blatant lie about services provided and laughed under her breath!!!!!! Even the on call Vet talked TO US NOT... read more

Business response:

The veterinarian told you when you came in that she detected a heart problem and you knew your puppy was turning blue and going stiff when you brought it in. The veterinarian spent time talking to you explaining that when puppies are born and are 1/4th the size of the siblings and are turning blue there is a congenital defect. You also left out the part of your administering Gas X to day old puppies and this one was not the first to die.
