I am so thankful for this office and their staff! We had just adopted 2 kittens and a day later the one started sneezing. By Sat she was much worse and no vets could get her in. The shelter told us about the Animal Emergency Clinic and it was a blessing! They took such tender care of Lily and were so very nice! And for being an emergency clinic,I thought the fees were very reasonable! Highly recommend!

I had contact with this facility last night. Very caring.....for animal and the animal’s owner. Kayla was so helpful and kind. Would recommend this treatment center to anyone.
Crooked operation. They will give you a price saying it’s for the entire stay and then turn around and say they forgot to add items when you pick up your fur baby. The office mgr is rude and tries to throw the techs under the bus. Very unprofessional. Not impressed with owner Dr Otero. He needs people skills big time.
The entire staff were sympathetic and gentle to my dog and my family during a very scary time. The vet was honest and suggested we get follow up diagnostics at our regular vet to reduce the emergency visit cost. I would have easily forked out unlimited amounts of $ during this time and could have easily been taken advantage of. That impressed me! I promise you based on other clinics I called. Their competitors would not have been as honest.
My sweet Miss Buns was extremely distressed and needed emergency surgery. Dr Otero, Valerie and all the techs took such great care of our 13.5 yr old pre and post surgery. They have been great with discussions about her care and answered any and all questions we've had during the whole treatment and care period. I would highly recommend their services for all your pet family emergency needs.
