TrueCare for Pets is amazing! I brought my dog in late at night, freaking out, and they handled it like champssuper quick and genuinely caring. Cannot thank them enough!
From the moment we got there, they were wonderful and empathetic. They brought my 14yo Bully in on a gurney. They moved her from last in the first priority. Unfortunately it was fatal news. The Vet spent a long time with us weight the options and she was above and beyond kind and patient. They let us stay with her in a private room as long as we needed. It was the best and worst vet experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend the care here.
This was a terrible experience!! I brought my dog who is 17 years old and was vomiting. Once there her vitals were fine after i waited two and a half hours! They then wanted to do Xray’s in stomach blood work and esophagus even though i just had blood work done less then a week ago! They wanted to charge me $1300 even though she was stable and i told them i would bring her to my own vet!! I brought my 11 yr old Puggle to TC for emergency Surgery to remove Spleen & tumor. I was referred by 24 hr emergency pet care on Moorpark in T.O. after paying them $2200.00 we were advised that my dog was in good condition for surgery. They claim to have called other nearby locations, but none could take him TC was our only option. My dog had a cancerous tumor, but I was told o cancer was evident in any other vital organs. honestly very off-putting business practice, my primary vet suggested coming here for a urinary blockage with my cat, but if I could go back in time and take my cat somewhere else I would. DO NOT COME HERE unless you have money to burn and say yes to everything they want to bill you for. They attempted to overcharge me 3 times and was left with maybe $70 of veterinary cat food and gabapentin ... why was this $4000? DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU BEYOND BELIEF
