I couldn’t say enough good things about True Care clinic. Having a sick pet is a horrible thing. But the team here made me and my pet Addison so comfortable, as comfortable as you could be in such a rough situation. They took care of her in such a beautiful and kind manner and they were so patient with me. Are vet bills expensive? Yes, they are expensive, but they are open 24/7 and can handle emergencies late at night and on holidays. If it is not a true emergency, I do not recommend coming here. If it is, they will do everything they can to make things right.
I brought my cat in roughly a week ago, he was in a pretty severe critical condition, I wasn’t too hopeful based on some of the things that were wrong, however, after a few days under the care of the TrueCare team, he is home and doing so much better. They made him feel so safe and loved, it was evident through his behavior and body language when visiting him which they were also very accommodating with. This post is long overdue. I came home from work last November to find my sweet Sully dog very sick. I rushed him to True Care based on the recommendation of a friend. Sadly, he ingested xylitol and had to cross the rainbow bridge far too soon. The team at True Care did everything they could for him for the 72 hours he was there before they told me he was suffering and wouldn’t recover. This may be a long review but it's going to be a very GOOD review. To make a very long story short, my kitty got sick, we went to our primary Vet whom we love, but after a few days of him still being sick they suggested we go to the ER. We go to TrueCare to see our internist, so we chose them as the ER to go to. When we got there they were so nice, warm, efficient and got us in pretty fast. We first spoke to an ER tech.
