Started out saying I would not recommend because I could not get through. My calls kept going to a full mailbox that was not taking messages. After leaving a bad recommendation, the manager reached out to me and politely explained my calls were not coming through because the lines were busy. He asked for my phone number and within a couple of minutes Faith reached out and we were able to schedule an appointment. That is a perfect example of good customer service. We had an emergency this morning and it was the first time we had been there. When you have an emergency you panic and you dont always think clearly or remember everything. Even though our beloved CoCo didnt make it, we will never forget the service we received or the way we were treated. What a delicate and compassionate nature everyone we came in contact with there has. It was both amazing and comforting. Thank you
