Dr Young and her staff were amazing! they pulled my puppy through Parvo! Amazing what they do and how well they treated her and the diligent care they gave! All the staff are so caring and wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
my dog rico started having some problems today and i freaked out i called animal crackers you guys got us in right away and helped my poor dog everyone was so nice and helpful and i appreciate you all for the care and consideration shown to my beloved Rico!
Animal Crackers were not friendly at all, had no compassion, they did not give me full information on my Dogs treatment possibilities and when I initially called to interview them before picking, they lied saying they gave 24/7 care when in fact they don't. When I asked for my records of my dog and it read it...they fudged on the info they gave me and said on one record: This dog is a screamer and whiner and we had to muzzle him...to me that is abuse to muzzle a little dog for crying either in pain or fear...
The absolute best vet experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind and and caring and willing to work with a budget. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else now! Thank you to everyone that helped make my skittish dog feel comfortable!!
Caring doctors and staff. Answer all questions promptly. They go out of their way for our pets! Trust them very much.
We met Dr Young years ago when we had to have out Rot, Cyrus put down and we absolutely fell in love with her then. The compassion she showed to both our dog as well as us on one of the saddest days of our lives is something we will never forget. She is amazing! I just had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kirk and already get the feeling that she is pretty awesome herself. The staff there are all so kind and caring ! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
I've been blown away and so grateful that everyone here is very caring, considerate and helpful. We recently had our oldest fur baby put down and cremated and the process couldn't have been any easier or accommodating. They were all compassionate and made an awful time a little less traumatic. Thank you.
