They have zero Covid protocol, and once in a room, leave you waiting for 30-45 minutes. This is disrespectful behavior, but Dr. Baldwin made a funny about it that wasn't funny. Office visits are $60. The building is not updated to a modern facility that can expect to charge that fee. It is worn out. The doctor doesn't give a price at the end of explaining what med he is recommending. To be transparent, Dr. Baldwin and his staff went above and beyond to make sure Petey was seen the day in question for his lameness caused by a torn nail, while already having a completely full schedule. If you did not want to take home the pain medication that Dr. Baldwin prescribed for Petey, you could have declined it at check-out. My oldest girl, Abby got sick and I didn't know what was wrong with her. Was told by another vet that she had a kidney "issue". I wasn't sure what they meant by that and I tried to get a clear answer a few times. That vet even kept her for a week, giving her fluids and trying to get her to eat.
