Dr. Renshaw is wonderful with my rabbits, very calm and gentle, and knows how to handle them so they feel secure. The staff is also very kind and they were so compassionate when we had to put down a furry friend.
Way to insult people who entrust pets to you. That shows a real lack of morals!
I brought my dog in to be put down. They made an awful situation even worse. I've brought all 4 of my animals to them, but when they put my dog down they where incredibly cold and heartless. They didn't give me any time alone with him after.....they just gave me a trash bag.....a trash bag!!!!! Heartless humans. Also my dog hates them, they handled him poorly. Never again will I bring a pet to them.
They missed diagnosed my dog and charged me the office visit and unnecessary medications and then wanted to charge me additionally for a visit to insure infection wouldn't set in! Very poor customer service and your pet would be better off elsewhere. I told the vet she had an issue with her jaw and she said it was her back! It was a tooth!
Dr. Renshaw and Dr. Gilroy are smart, kind, and absolutely committed to animal health.
