RecommendedDr Renshaw took great care of my scared guinea pig. My girl is on the mend and the treatment was affordable. Finding a good exotic is hard and I will continue to bring my piggies to him.
I have taken several animals there. they always explain the cost are great at giving estimates, professional and my animals especially my dog likes the people who work there

Yesterday after having our bunny examined by the doctor we had to make the gut wrenching decision to put him down. From the doctor all the way to the front office staff they could not have been more compassionate kind and most of all patient. It was such a difficult process for us to let go of our beloved bunny but you all made it a little easier. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.
Compassion and quality of care
The male vet didn’t ask me any questions or talk to my dog before just bending down to put his stethoscope on her lower belly. She’s never met this person and he’s not very personable. She’s skittish and this action caught her off guard. If he would have asked, he would have known she’s gentle when spoken to, but was abused and is sometimes afraid of men. My Ginger was a patient for at least 12 years, Dr. Renshaw was her Doctor and cared for her just as much as we did. If your looking for a great place that treats your pet like family this is the place to go, and what they can’t treat or don’t have answers for they are very understnding when you seek 2nd opinions. With sadness our girl passed away on May 28th after 15 years with us but rest assured she had all the best care possible here at the Animal Clinic.
As far as price goes they’re the best in the area. Front desk staff is kind and empathetic. I get the sense that doctors and technicians are burned out, they are matter-of-fact and apathetic with visits. My dog hates going, I think because she is man handled when it comes to shots/blood draws, and other procedures. I’ve seen videos from other vets that use more positive techniques with nervous pets, but I cannot find any vets in my area that use these same practices.
