I definitely found my pet's new vet! I have been in Michigan a little over a year and the staff is fantastic!
They will give your dog to some else even if u had the name removed off you account .. They gave my dog away and now i had paper work to prove they are in Big trouble because they didn't wanna get involve wit the right way...
I have been bringing my dogs to Animal clinic since I moved to Grand Rapids five years ago on a recommendation from a family member who has used them for years. Doctor Renshaw has been wonderful with them. He's calm, compassionate and relates well, even with my little one who does not warm up to people quickly. When it came time to say goodbye to my senior collie/lab, Dr Renshaw was not available, so I met with Dr. Gilroy. She made a horrible experience bearable. My sweet cat had a persistent URI that wasn't responding to treatment. Dr. Renshaw and Dr. Gilroy were incredibly compassionate and kept trying new approaches to get her better. I'm so grateful to have found such wonderful vets for my pet.
Doctor was extremely nice and very caring towards my scared guinea pig! �
They have always treated my degus well. They are great for day to day care and when the time came for my older ones they were supportive for end of life care and options.
