I can't say enough good things about Dr Bruce Schroyer and all of the techs we have worked with. We were referred to them by an emergency vet after our Chihuahua broke a bone. Everyone has been so kind, patient, and in general AWESOME through out this new and scary experience. They have answered all of our questions and never seem rushed or annoyed. Great guy until something goes wrong. He blamed us for Bella's ears not standing correctly. After 6- months of taking her to get her ears taped. Once a week. He let his staff tape them.and when we took the tape off for the hundredth time. Her ear flipped over immediately. I was so frustrated by that time that I refused to take her back to him. After a week or so I talked with him on the phone. And he offered to operate on her again if I paid for part of it. After already paying $800.00 initially. And paying for additional th... read more
All the docs here are so great! They take my 3 am phone calls when my golden retriever puppy eats something he shouldn't have. The whole staff provides this warm loving atmosphere. I couldn't ask for better people to help keep my puppy healthy
Great people they really love what they do staff is the best
Dr. Butch and his staff have helped me through five dogs and two cats. They have given the best of care, always kind and compassionate when my pets have come to the end of their lives. They don't hesitate to send you to a specialist if needed, I trust them completely. His staff goes the extra mile. Thank you
