RecommendedCame to pick up my girls medicine and wanted to share a photo of Dr. Knight. She is awesome and is making sure all of our pets are taken care of during COVID. I have lived many places and this vet has definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!
Tracy at the front desk is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL individual ever. She schedules you wrong, then tries to reschedule you last minute, interrupts you on the phone, won't listen to you, and tries to cover her mistakes from the veterinarian. I would NEVER recommend this clinic. If the actual Dr. was aware if the front desk fiasco, I'm sure she'd correct the issue. Sadly though, this high level of unprofessionalism send chaos will only continue and has driven this customer away forever.

Tracy and Linda saved my baby Lady. they are the best and Tracy is not rude according to that crazy person. Just the opposite!

Had to take my rat in for a runny nose- they were suggested by another office that said they treat rats, but don't. Everyone was so nice! The vet tech was so sweet! The doctor was very professional while still being caring of my baby. They even cleaned my baby's carrier out for him! (He was nervous). I expected this to be very expensive, but was pleasantly surprised.
Horrible experience for my Levi 😡😡😡😡. Front desk , Tracy is very rude!!!!! My baby has been in pain for almost a month for her lack of interest in listening to me, I wanted an X-ray on my baby, but was never given one. I went in for the 3rd visit$$$$$$$ later and my baby was finally taken care of by the other vet, Zimlich I think is his name, No one has bothered to call and see if my baby is feeling better, I went in yesterday to pick up some documents and still not one person asked how my baby is.... We’ve used Dr Knight and the Animal Care Center for 19 years and absolutely recommend it to everyone! We’ve had dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, and parrots under her care. We even drove one of our dogs down from Tuscaloosa so that Dr Knight could operate on her.
