The staff and veterinarians are very personal and down to earth. They display care, concern and experience when dealing with our pets. We are extremely pleased with the personalized treatment our family receives. It's important to remember that Covid-19 has affected everyone and in most cases, slowing a bit, placing ourselves in the place of others and imagining their position helps us to understand the obstacles they are overcoming. first time using Dr. Bonin today but her and Dr. Downing have both been great especially with 2 very difficult dogs! would definitely recommend them! and Casey youre amazing too! amazing staff!
Animal Care Center Is wonderful. I have used them for all of my fur babies including our family rabbit. But I want to give a shout out to Herschels Dr, Dr Jessica Downing. She has been seeing him since he was a puppy his first vet apt ever. She treats him like her own fur baby. She appreciates that you love your dog like he is your child. The whole staff are pleasant and easy to talk to.
My girls Gracie and Jazz get the best care when they need it, from the receptionist to the Dr , they’re always friendly and courteous
