RecommendedPhenomenal service from front desk staff, vet techs, and Dr. Laverne! Brought one of my boys in as an emergency because we thought he was bit by a snake. Was informed the doctors were in a meeting as they had just opened; and they’d assess him ASAP and they did! Dr. Laverne called me every step of the way and kept me informed the whole time. ACC has been taking care of my babies for years. Preventative care, food allergies, prescription dog foods, brachiocephalic obstruction surgeries, neutering, corneal abrasions, and lots of other things I have probably forgotten. They have been great!

This is the best place I have ever taken my pets… The entire team at both the Animal Care and Pet Care Center are professional, caring and extremely skilled at what they do. Never in my life have I met such wonderful people and appreciated what they do for me and my pets. I would recommend this team to anyone!
I use both Animal Care Center & Pet Care Center for my 3 pets. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I am always confident in the care and I am provided. Every staff member gives me the feeling that myself and my pets are family. The doctors are extremely relatable and professional. I can’t express how much they have done for my fur babies. RANT: For those asking who the vet was, it was Dr. Lauren Miceli. CoCo was taken to ACC on 6/26/12. No, this didn't happen this week. I never said it did. He was euthanized Monday at the office of Dr. Doucet. I originally took him to ACC for neuter, chip, and to have his ears and teeth cleaned. I brought him home the following day. Later, I couldn't find him after calling him repeatedly. When I located him he was under my bed in a large puddle of blood. I rushed him...Continue Reading
They were so fast for our yearly vaccine. Very comfortable with my 60lb large breed, staff is very patient. Asked for my concerns and gave thorough feedback. They signed us up for reminder emails, otherwise it slips my mind. Thanks PCC!
