Wonderful staff. Excellent care. I can't reccomend them highly enough. Dealing with cancer in your beloved pet is difficult but Animal Cancer Center and Dr. Arteaga offer the best treatments with the most thoughtful kindness.

The BEST cancer doctor on the peninsula. Responsible, caring, knowledgeable clinic. You wouldn't go to your GP for cancer, why would you do that to your pet? Why not provide the best care for your pet.

This is truly the best working environment. What I write here couldn't even try to capture what I have learned about working with Dr. Arteaga. She always finds a way to help people out! She is an advocate of people and their pets. The experience I gain here will last me a lifetime. She has and continues to teach me so much about Oncology (and yet so much more to learn!). This is the most meaningful job and has really taught me what it means to be compassionate. We work as a team and help wonderful people in the community of ... read more

We love Dr. Theresa Arteaga and her wonderful staff, they truly show care and compassion towards their little patients who mean the world to their owners, of which I am one. She has given us a hopeful outlook to fight the cancer in my beloved kitty. His lymphoma is currently in remission, and we cherish every day that we may not have had otherwise. Dr. Arteaga truly cares and I'm so glad we were referred to her. I would wholeheartedly refer anyone here.

Dr Arteaga knew what treatments were available and helped us choose what would fit our situation ... including considering what our Vizsla would emotionally put up with. The treatment seems to be effective, as he is surviving hemangiosarcoma (now 8 months post-splenectomy, with excellent quality of life). It's nice to get their test reports and note so quickly by email, easy to keep my general vet informed. The staff is effective, caring, communicative, followed up after each visit, and somehow managed to spend as much time ... read more

This has been my first experience having a pet treated for cancer. Dr. Arteaga and her staff have made it a lot less scary. I was extremely worried before the first appointment because my cat can be extremely combative with vets. I wasn't sure he'd cooperate and if he didn't I wasn't sure how long he'd live. Dr. Arteaga and her staff have been amazing! They have listened to my suggestions on ways to keep him calm. One visit (before they moved) they even suggested we change rooms because they knew how much he liked looking ou... read more
