My Dog, who has always been extremely anxious whenever getting medical care, didn't even realize he was at a medical office. The Atmosphere is warm, but mostly the staff are incredible! And Theresa treated Beau as though he was her own each time. I could tell he trusted her. We were in very good hands...and it didn't hurt that he got a bowl of chicken every time we visited!
Dr. Arteaga and staff were very friendly and compassionate. My cat sadly did not survive but the dr. and staff knew I needed to try, and helped me figure out when it was time to let our beloved Kiwiki go.
