I had a great experience and so I'm giving 5 stars. My friend highly recommended this place because she had a great experience here as well. I had 2 guinea pigs I adopted from the Mission Viejo shelter and most vets I called said they didnt see guinea pigs so I'm glad my friend told me about this place. The front desk staff and vet technician were very friendly and helpful; they made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Garcia was great. She knew a lot about guinea pigs. I’ve been going to The Animal and Bird Clinic of Mission Viejo for the last couple of years. They are always very welcoming to Mr. Buns and I. We are both always greeted with a nice hello from the staff. Mr.Buns had his yearly check-up up with Dr. Bloch. He was very nice, caring and compassionate with Mr. Buns. I highly recommend this clinic especially if you own a bunny.
I find everyone there listens and takes their time not only with my pet but with me too. My dog had surgery and I feel she got not only high-quality care but also tender loving care as she was recovering. They care for my pet as if she was their own
