I have likely shopped every pet store in Utah County and I can tell you without hesitation that Animal Ark is the best one by leaps and bounds. Not only is it clean and well taken care of, but it has the most diverse, impressive selection you could hope for. I'll never go back to Petco or Petsmart now when it comes to buying fish...Animal Ark does a completely amazing job!
They tell me to bring up fish and they will give me in store credit.. I bring them up and they say I can donate them now but they wont give me any credit so now they've waisted my time put more stress on my fish and caused a frequent customer to stop working with them. They just wanted free fish to sell and make easy money off a customer welp they've lost my buisness Mike's a punk and the workers dont even know what there talking about avoid this place
Well, I have been there a couple of times and spent a bit of money on coral and salt water fish and was planning on spending more today but the tanks were blocked with boxes from a delivery or something and the gal that was working didn't want to move them to help me, she told me to come back another day. Now i get my coral from somewhere else.

I ordered some crpyt spiralis red tiger aquarium plants online and very happy with order and fast shipping. Order processed on Tues, shipped Wed and in my tank Friday morning, can't beat that! 😍 Customer service was also top quality. Would definitely recommend!
This store is amazing concerning the products they have. Other than that, they treat the animals they have in store not so great. Birds need to be on a pellet diet with fresh veggies and some fresh fruit and also need to be in a large enough cage for their size. Animal ark gives their birds a seed diet (which makes them malnourished) and has multiple birds in one cage that is already to small for one of them. We love this store. Everyone is always so happy and knowledgeable. Their assortment of animals are some of the best around and they are always well taken care of.
