I had a great experience with Animal Ark! They were quick to answer many questions both over Messenger and on the phone. The lizard they sent me arrived well packaged and in excellent health! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on their inventory in the future, and hope to order from them again.
I love animal ark!! I’ve gotten 4 rats from them and all 4 were so lovable and adorable ❤️❤️ also, the employees are very knowledgeable and kind which is a huge plus

I haven't been to the store but many friends in your area have showed photos and the living conditions of your blue tongues are APPALLING. They are in tanks barely longer than themselves and that is disgusting and inhumane. It is completely unhealthy and unethical to force a lizard of that size into a tank so small! I hope you sincerely realise your mistakes and fix it IMMEDIATELY or I will make sure animal control/SPCA/any other animal organisation and law enforcement that needs to be involved. Great store making lots of positive changes recently! They definitely care about their animals and customers!
I had a great experience with Animal Ark. The people were quick to answer questions. The folks that I spoke to were kind and polite and overall very easy to work with. Their prices are reasonable and the Marbled Salamander that they sent me is a truly beautiful animal. I will most certainly do business with them again. The weather was bad when I ordered my new salamander and they were very gracious to hold him until it was safe to ship him. It gives me confidence to know that they care so much about their animals.
Best pet store in Utah county. great selection of fresh water plants and fish.
Every question that I have the have an answer, they really do care about animals, and their team it’s so awesome, and the owner it’s so nice, I love this place.
