I felt that the service provided was Outstanding! But having to wait 45 mins to be seen after my scheduled appointment time is ridiculous. In my opinion there has been too much overbooking in the medical field these past few years and the patients schedule is never taken into account when they do this.
I liked Dr. Thomas very much although waiting an hour and 10 minutes from my scheduled appointment, I felt he rushed through my consultation I have decided to use another Doctor within Peachtree Orthopedics
Tremendous doctor! Wonderful bedside manner! Very patient and caring unlike another doctor at PO. Have a follow up appointment with him that I won’t be dreading. His staff also seems to match his personality!
Dr. Thomas ACTUALLY listens. He is a thorough problem solver and great teacher. He is genuinely kind and that is rare in the human medicine field. Im in a complicated and rare situation and feel peace knowing Dr. Thomas is taking it as serious as I am. Dr. Thomas brings a calm steadiness for us. Thankful to be under his care.
