FANTASTIC BRIDAL SHOP!!! – Ania is AMAZING! I looked at three other bridal shops in Portland without finding a dress... I walked into Ania and bought the first dress that I tried on! I can't wait for it to arrive!!! I would highly recommend going to the shop when they are having a trunk show. I went during the Tara Keely show and the designer, Edric Woo was there! Great Experience, Especially Helpful – I joined just to write this review because I had a fabulous experience with AniA. I was on a tight budget, and looking at the upmarket store I thought it was out of my price range, so I tried all the other places first. They saved me from Tres Fabu! – My wedding was this summer and I bought a dress from Tres Fabu before I read all the terrible reviews. Fortunately,it was off-the-rack but they were holding it for me at the store. As soon as I saw the newscast on Tres Fabu,I picked up my dress immediately(I didn't need them loaning my dress out to another bride-seriously, it happened to another bride). No way! – I created this account for the sole purpose of writing this review. The attitude of the staff of Ania Collection is beyond reprehensible. I am truly appauled at their behavior. My daughter and I visited this store just days ago, and I can say with an absolute degree of certainty that we will NEVER be back. The employees are rude, classless, and should be working at the DMV instead of a bridal shop. (No offense to DMV employees, who are certainly more attentive than these "girls"). Best Bridal Salon: Ania Collection – Ania Collection is an amazing salon. I am a California bride. I unfortunately was not able to travel to Portland to purchase my dress, but I took care of everything via telephone. Helena helped me through the whole process. She was so sweet, kind and patient. One of those rare bridal stores where simply passing through the front doors can make you feel more beautiful. – In Short Appointments here last at least an hour to try on dresses. There's a large, elegant area for dressing, with a stage to ensure that eager onlookers can admire every detail. The store's bridal dress collection includes designs with high-end and Oregon-exclusive labels. Most importantly, this store is under new management who listened to their customers to improve service.
Terrible service. Over-priced. Unprofessional. Rude. Out to "make a buck" any way they can. – This place is hideously over-priced and lacks any commitment to customer service or satisfaction. They came across as "trying to make a buck at ANY cost" EVERY time I had to talk to them on the phone.
