I was not treated with a whole lot of respect at this location.
Incredibly poor salesperson, or amazingly small selection. Sent an email when we made the appt, saying what style the bride is looking for, with a couple of example from the lines they carry. Got an email back saying they have lots to choose from in that style. When we arrived the salesgirl brought a different style, "their most popular dress". We knew that we weren't going to find her dress that day but were excited to get the process started. We walked into the shop and everyone there was really nice. Great Dresses - Poor Alterations – The Ania Bridal employee who helped me pick the perfect dress was awesome! Her name is Rachel and the shop has a great staff of very helpful associates and beautiful dresses for all budgets. My dress was amazing and was only $900! Rachel even accommodated my coming in several times to show visiting relatives my gown before my wedding! Beautiful gowns, nice atmosphere, and great service – Just bought my Allure Bridal dress from AniA (July 2011) and had a great experience! Emily was fabulous- super nice and helpful without being pushy at all. I loved the atmosphere of the whole place too- it was classy without being stuffy. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Amazing customer service, gorgeous gowns – I had THE BEST experience at AniA Bridal. I had a unique situation in that my first wedding dress was ruined by my seamstress (she was not associated with AniA, and my first dress was not from this store.) I finally accepted that my dress would not be wearable and that I would have to find a new one 2 months before my wedding. I was so stressed out and distraught by this! Waste Of Time and Energy – All the dresses I saw were old, dirty or missing beads etc..!! I was told they couldn't order my dress unless I paid an extra $300 for shipping because my wedding is in september. To Top it off...MY PARTY WAS PUT IN BACK AND WHEN I WENT TO THE FRONT TO USE THE LARGE MIRROR I NOTICED ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD EITHER WINE OR WATER IN CHAMPAGNE GLASSES! I GUESS WE WERE NOT THE RIGHT COLOR!!! BUT HAD THE RIGHT COLOR OF MONEY!! NO I DIDNT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE.
Ania is the BEST – Ania Collection saved my life! seriously i don't know what would I do without them. I came in panicked one month before my wedding after several shops told me that it was too late to place in order. The staff were more gladly to assist me from zero step till I found the dress that fits my dream. I absolutely recommend Ania Collection !
Pleased – AniA was the second place I looked for a wedding dress. I was very happy with the immediate greeting and Morgan was great. I told her what I was looking for and my max price for a dress and she brought out about 5 dresses. The second one she chose for me was the one I walked out with. The associates were more than welcoming and helpful to me and my 4 friends.
