bought a silver chain as a gift a month ago and the clasp had broke twice in the first month of purchase. went back the first time and got an exchange with no problems. however, the second time, i went in and spoke to the lady with silver hair. she was very rude and insinuated i had broke it and acted very skeptical during our whole interaction. after being asked to bring it to the manager the next day, i exited the store with her saying “she’ll be right”. not very nice behaviour especially towards your customers.
