I bought a watch today from the wonderful ladies working in the store Saturday morning. I had fantastic service. They helped me pick the perfect watch for what I needed. I'm sorry I didn't get their names but you both are great at your jobs. Thank you
What a pity that I forgot to grab the name of the lady who helped me with my fully blacked out Seiko automatic bracelet watch. My wife was paying for the watch for my Christmas present and the kind lady worked out the Black Friday discount for us as I would feel more comfortable with letting my wife to save as much money as possible for herself. Bracelet was adjusted to perfection- and the time adjustment was set up to spot on as well which reflects her in depth knowledge about automatic watches. Very happy!
I was greeted and helped by lovely staff members Davina and Joel. Davina managed to help me put a small pendant onto a larger chain I preferred by a combination of miracle and skill. Thank you, you've made me a happy shopper!
After visiting four jewellry stores before A&C Booragoon I was finally assisted by an amazing sales assistant called Joel. He greeted me with a warm welcome and listened attentively to my needs. I brought in a very delicate and sentimental pendant I wore on my wedding day many years ago that needed the bolt ring clasp replacing. He offered to do it for me himself, on the spot. The whole customer service experience was seamless. Thank you so much much Joel, you brought tears to my eyes, forever grateful.
I was made to feel like every question was a burden and they wanted me out of there. Was also told that their ring size tool could only 'estimate' my girlfriend's size because the ring we were looking at was thinner than the tool. I was confused at this, surely when you are spending thousands, the least they could do is make sure the size will be right... Later found out at different stores that A+C's 'estimate' was wrong, as they had proper tools available to match the thin ring style. Glad to come here and see I wasn't alo... read more
