First time in this salon, went in excited to get a change and left very sad and upset. The lady cut my bangs when they were wet and now they sit 1/4 way down from the top of my head. The color was left on my eyebrows for almost 40 minutes. When I left the beautician sent me out with dye on my eyebrows and on both sides of my face and forehead.
