Angie’s used to provide good service. They must be under new management because as of late their service needs major improvement. They have incompetent employees. They never call you back. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day last year and my mom received the most pathetic bouquet I have ever seen. It looked nothing like the image on website. I live in Massachusetts and wanted to send my mom flowers for Mother’s Day since I couldn’t spend the day with her. They were delivered to her today and she called me to let me know how dry and practically dead most of the flowers and roses were in her arrangement. It breaks my heart and I’m disappointed that I wanted to make my moms day special and she received her flowers in this condition.
I live out of state (Illinois) and I 1st ordered from Angie's flowers for my grandmothers funeral. The standing wreath I ordered was BEAUTIFUL. Then again today I ordered an arrangement for my mother, it also was BEAUTIFUL!!! Both delivered timely and looking just like the website. THANKS Angie's flowers for such awesome service!!!
we bought a cake for my wedding really beautiful and delicious!! very well made. one thing I love about them was they go to the venue and set up everything for us, so I don't have to worry about anything. they have payments plan for help u out too.
