I’m very disappointed!! Ordered flowers for my mom and they’re nothing alike from the online picture!! I get online it says get as close as possible. But it looks like the flowers were just picked up from the streets. And not even that I’ve seen beautiful arrangements at corner street stands and even at the grocery stores.
I ordered these to be delivered yesterday by 3pm, that didn't happen. They called and apologized and offered to deliver it to the house later that day. I agreed. Nothing ever arrived but I got a delivery confirmation at around 9pm. I called and told them I never received them. They apologized and offered to deliver it the next day. I agreed to this and at noon today I received a order that looks like it sat in a car all night and day. 3 of the 6 sun flowers are wilted and look hopeless the other 3 look. depressed.

Don’t ever get flowers here this is the second Time they have messed up an order for us.. I mean look at the picture does that look like a $216 tulip Arrangement.. half of them are dead.. they did say they would send more but they are for Mother’s Day and couldn’t get us more till Monday.. I have been shopping with them for years it seems like just the last couple years have gone downhill
Terrible place . They dont delivered as promised and dont own up too their mistakes. Steer clear of this place. Take your business elsewhere..

HORRIBLE PLACE...ordered a month in advance for Feb 14 VALENTINES..they arrive to the job at 9PM..when noones there anymore....then they won't give money back but want to deliver more flowers AFTER the special day ya para ke...THEY ARE HORRIBLE ..THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND BECAUSE OF THIER ERROR......
Flowers were delivered 5 hours late so I was already gone for the day, and the whole weekend! So today I had an arrangement of dead flowers that were left in a hot building. To add more to this terrible service, my order was incomplete
