I can only say I hated it because I never got to experience it. I bought a $87 Groupon for hair removal services for my daughter. We called 4x over a fee weeks period of time, left messages each time, attempting to book an appointment. When this had no call back after a few weeks my daughter went to Facebook and sent a message here. Also no reply. I ended up requesting a refund from. Doesn't answer or return calls. Equipment is filthy. Had to contact Groupon due to her refusal of communication. Very disappointed. She seems nice, but just dirtyand don'tunderstand how to run a business.
