Poor customer service. They have no problem making you wait when you bring your car on time but when your late they tell you to rebook and they can't help you. I had originally booked break service and some other inspections but then was running late due to an accident on the highway. I live 30min away so it's not easy to go back and forth. Since I was running late I called and told them and that I would just get the oil change to save time. I would just like to say i am overwhelmed by the level of service i received from Angevaare Mazda . i bought a 2022 cx9 GT which i absolutely love , last sat my car died on me outside my daughters swimming . it was -35 that day and myself and my 4 year old daughter were sitting in a cold car .My husband was out of town. If Only this dealership would have fixed a 10 Cent Problem... __ After 4 Months, My Mazda drives fine. Too bad Mazda Canada and its dealerships have zero customer service on warranty claims. The decorative trim on my rear windshield is coming off. A clip is faulty and I can't access it to fix it myself. My closest dealership - Peterborough - their first instinct is to blame the customer.
