Took my daughter for her homecoming nail appt. She was told that “two other girls said she was canceling her appointment” so it was given away to someone else. We never called to cancel her appointment. I truly feel they just overbooked themselves and didn’t want to take responsibility. Since it was homecoming, we couldn’t get her in anywhere else on short notice. No empathy at all, and if two girls truly did tell the owner my daughter was cancelling, why wasn’t she contacted to confirm this? Why take the word of some other ... read more
