Stopped in to buy a pulley for my mower. Explained I got the wrong one and he asked where I bought it. I told him Amazon and he told said, " why don't you just go buy this one from there". And didn't care to help me. He was very rude.
Horrible service, they have no idea what they are doing. Who ever they have working as mechanics must have very little experience. I brought my mower in so they could service it (oil, oil filter,air filter, fuel filter) and for a PTO problem (warranty) and they took my motor apart Without calling me! Wtf who takes a motor apart on a mower with a 270hours it's still basically new. Then the owner tryed telling me that I didn't maintain my mower that's why there was carbon on my Heads (taking motor apart). None of the other thi... read more
After 3 weeks I finally get my mower back. It just took 10 pulls to even start and no longer is self propelled. I will never come back or recommend. At least Sean was apologetic but Angel couldn't seem to care less.
These guys are wonderful! First they stayed open late for me, then they tried everything to get the snow blower in my car but even after taking it apart it still wouldn't fit so Sean ( I hope I spelled his name right) actually drove it to my house in New Paltz and put it back together on his personal time. I can't begin to express how grateful we are!! I tried to tip them but they wouldn't take it. It's so nice to see great people like these guys! I highly recommend them!
