Im not sure whats going on with Angels of care. This company is starting to leave parents without nursing care , while trying to saving the company a dollar, by not paying nurses or the nurse has to take a pay cut. Angels of Care doesnt care that families are struggling without nursing care. This company needs to go back to the basic. Family are depending on them. This breaks my heart because Im a Mom of a Medical fragile child whom a client of Angels of Care and Im a former nurse of Angels of Care.
I have worked for Angels of Care since 2018 as a Pediatric Field Nurse. I have a running list of reason’s why I would continue Field Nursing with this company, compared to other’s. They are attentive to not only their Employees, but also strive to meet the needs of their Clients. I am proud to be a team member of the AOC HALO’S!
This one star rating concerns one of your employee, by the name of Katrina Bosworth. She was in a auto accident with another individual, and after exchanging insurance, and admitting that the accident was her fault, even apologizing. She end it up giving this individual her work phone number, instead of her personal number. And calling her auto insurance, and telling them another story, like it wasnt her fault. We have an amazing case manager named Dee Spears, and she called to check on my family after the loss of my brother. I absolutely love Angels of Care, because they do weekly calls to see if everything is going well, and also check on the hours/times are correct. We love our nurse Rylo, and also Dee for everything they do. They have great communication between the parents and the staff. They make you feel like a person/family and not just a client.
