We always drive past on the way to our hotel and decided to try dinner there. We were greeted very friendly. The food was reasonable and delicious and our waitress was efficient and friendly. I loved the old charm of the interior. So glad we went and will definitely return.
Always loved Angelo‘s but lately not impressed. Service is going downhill. Quality of meals is not what it used to be. My wife’s meal tasted like her crab meat was spoiled . The waitress never came back to our table so my wife started eating it by pushing the crab meat aside. Finally when we complained and asked for a manager she just said well no one else has complained about the crab tonight. My wife has had crab meat before in her life. She knows with crab taste like. Angelo's has always had great staff and food. However, we have gotten sick the last few times we've eaten there. We love the food but not at the risk of getting sick again.
We happened on this great place kind of by accident. Our appetizers of mussels and calimari were delicious. My wife and I both got veal dishes. I got veal rib with meat stuffed raviolis, and it was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. She got got veal with penni pasta which was also wonderful. The service was also very good, and they were knowledgeable too. I can't wait to come back and try this restaurant again.
