They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was quiet. I was able to relax very easily. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
