Dr. Angela Moore always spends as much time with me as needed to answer all my questions. I never feel as though she is in a rush. I appreciate her caring nature and knowledge in treating my needs. The staff is alway kind and helpful with any questions I have for them.
The wait time to be seen was not long. All staff are pleasant & listen to any requests made. Dr. Angela Moore is excellent, knowledgable, pleasant, answers all questions/concerns, is fast & thorough with the cryotherapy treatment , ensures the patient's comfort. All requested information is provided. Follow-up treatments are immediately scheduled.
We saw Dr. Moore after a short wait. The staff members were knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful. Dr. Moore examined and treated me and recommended additional treatment, which I am following. All good.
Dr. Moore and her staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They got us right in for our appointment and were very thorough. We were diagnosed very quickly and prescribed medicine to help with the problem. We love this office and the office staff!!
Dr. Moore and her entire staff have been absolutely wonderful! I would not trust my treatment to anyone else! I was referred to Dr. Moore by my M.D. at UT Southwestern and have been seeing her for over 5 years. She has seen me through skin cancers and recurring skin irritations...she is the best.
I always receive excellent care and attention from Dr. Moore. I did have to wait longer in the outside waiting area than I have ever waited but was seen immediately upon arrival in the exam room. Thanks for the attention I receive.
check in was quick. nurse very kind and helpful. All the nurses seem genuinely wanting to help you and make you fell comfortable. Cryotherapy was typical as usual, virtually painless. Explanations were given on drug use and possible future light treatments. I thank God for ACDerm.
Current medications were reviewed and an examination showed that the skin condition was improving. Lab results indicated that a change in medication should be made and a follow up visit was scheduled in two months.
Staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Moore very caring and competent. I appreciated her praying with me, after asking if I so desired, before removing a growth from my leg. The nurse who applied the anesthesia beforehand did a good job and I did not experience any discomfort. Dr. Moore also was thorough in checking me over and freezing several other places. The nurse actually found one when treating my leg that we had missed.
