Outstanding family skin care
The dr is ok but the front desk, Ashley is very rude. I made my appointment 6 months ago. This morning Ashley called and said they didnt receive my referral. I contacted my family dr practice and they sent it Nov 24th. She also told me that they were not accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield. Not wanting to help at all. Regardless not coming back since they won't be taking my insurance anymore.
This was the worst experience I've ever had going to a doctor. I'm so frustrated with the lack of service and one on one attention I received. I went to get an examination of a mole that I am STILL concerned about and I left with a bottle of skin cream and B-12 shot! I waited over an hour before I saw a PA for 2mins. The doctor came in looked at me for less than 5 minutes and started peddling product and cosmetics as a treatment. She never followed up about my mole she didn't tell me if was an issue. Dr Moore is my favorite Dermatologist most every time I have an appointment she asked me if she could pray for me ( and that is something I never refuse ) and the way she ends it is awesome because she ends it by saying IN THE NAME OF JESUS what better Name to use than JESUS. The staff there makes me feel like family. I highly recommend her.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this office. Dr. Moore and Xander from the research staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine personalities make every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. It’s rare to find a team that not only provides excellent care but also makes you feel truly at ease throughout the process. I’m grateful to have them as part of my care team!
