As a patient of Dr. Gum for the last 2 1/2 years, I can say The staff at Dr Gum are professional, courteous, and do excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone (particularly those who live/work downtown as the location is very convenient!)
I recently had the last of a number of crowns installed by Dr. Gum and her team. they were finished in under two hours and I had a nice experience with absolutely no problems. the facility is extremely inviting and comfortable and the the staff more than competent and courteous.
Sierra is just the best Dental Hygienist around. She is patient, witty and provides gentle care each and every time. I look forward to all my visits. Thanks!

My visit to Angela Gum's office was the best experience I have had at a dentist appointment yet. They squeezed me in last minute, and saw me within minutes of arriving. Every single staff member was friendly and knowledgable. Before arriving, the woman working at the front desk provided me with detailed directions to their parking lot to help me find parking for free. Great service starts when you are greeted by the happy and professional front desk staff. My hygienist was friendly and very thorough. Dr Gum was down to earth and knowledgeable. Obviously customer service is a priority in their office - a rarity these days!
This was the best dentist experience I have had. The response time from the time I requested an appointment to the time I got to confirm an appointment was very quick. There is even an online form on this dentist's website to request an appointment, which is very convenient. Cleaning with new hygenist went well, however she did not offer me any Scotch, and I think she tried to kill me with the dental floss. And lobby defintely needs Popular Mechanics instead of Opra and Good Housekeeping. Exam by Dr. Gum excellent as usual, however I note the new examination room has LED lights. Need to replace with incandescent. Let me work on both of them, we'll get it right. Oh, and still no spitty sink, need one of those. Guess I will stil be coming back.
I have had a significant amount of work done on my teeth over a prolonged period of time. I have had many poor experiences in dental offices and the staff have always been extremely kind, patient, professional and articulate when it has come to my needs. I refer anyone I know to them and only trust them for any dental care.
