Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming.
Dr. Gum and her team are all so personable and warm. They truly go above and beyond to listen, explain, and follow-up on questions/concerns. I am always impressed with the care I receive. My four year old daughter also gets her teeth cleaned by Dr. Gum and team. She enjoys going to Dr. Gum's office and each person she interacts with is so kind and patient with her. It also helps that they put on her favorite cartoons to watch while she's getting the cleaning done!
I always receive the very best service when I visit your office. Thank you, Dr. Gum and staff.
I have always had pleasant experiences in the four + years I have been a patient. From the awesome ladies at the front desk to the super patient and thorough dental hygienist to Dr. Gum herself, they take good care of you and treat you well
I have been searching for a new dental office after some bad experiences at the previous office I was going to. I was very hesitant and guarded when I came in for my appointment but the wonderful ladies up front, Megan, my hygienist, and Dr. Gum all put my fears to rest. Dr. Gum and her staff are friendly, helpful, and always kind. They explain every situation thoroughly and make a typical miserable dentist experience not bad at all!
I’ve consistently been coming to Dr. Gumm’s practice since first moving to Columbus in 2015. Toni and Bri who work the front are probably the best two people who could welcome you into a space. The staff always makes me feel welcome, they take amazing care of me as a patient, and I’ve only every experienced consistent excellence from Dr. Gumm and her entire team. This was my second visit for a cleaning and it was top notch and thorough. The technology is above average and everything was explained well. The only negative thing is the location for me. Downtown is a nightmare in the short north and parking is a problem almost all the time. The staff are friendly and have excellent skill. I would recommend this office if you live in that area.
