After a change in dental insurance with the City of Amarillo, we were led to Dr. Nguyen's office in June of 2026. My son tends to be a nervous patient and Dr. Nguyen was amazing. She clearly explained her findings, our options and her recommendations to fit what we were comfortable with. I found the office staff to be kind and helpful. The level of care was fantastic.
Prompt and clear communication over phone. Staff are warm and inviting. Paperwork is clear upon receiption. Service was routine and completed with ease. Outpatient instruction by the doctor informative and valuable to maintain preventative care. 15 years of consistent community access to maintain oral health.
Worst experience I’ve ever had.i was treated like a sub human. Absolutely zero customer service
